HeatFlow debuts at HostMilano 2025
The crowds were enthusiastic and the networking energy was strong. HostMilano, the world’s leading trade fair for catering and hospitality (17–21 October 2025), was a milestone for InstaHeat.
We made our world debut as an integrated liquid heating solution for Rex-Royal’s S3 series of commercial coffee machines. We also showcased our HeatFlow’s live demo, which drew steady attention. Visitors saw the technology in action, left impressed, and returned with colleagues to know more.
The interest and connections generated at the event confirm the market direction we follow. Back from Milan, we are excited about what lies ahead. We look forward to building new partnerships with innovators, manufacturers, and customers who share our vision of redefining liquid heating.

Detailing our videos
While the video on the right side shows Rex Royal's S3 model integrated with our HeatFlow device, the video on the left shows a live demonstration of how exactly HeatFlow works within a commercial coffee machine.
In the demo video of HeatFlow, you see:
1. The left button on the device is switched on. Water starts to pump and flow through the device. The screen on this panel shows that the water is at a room temperature of between 26 and 27.4 °C
2. The button on the right is clicked, and the flowing liquid is heated to the target temperature set to 93°C here.
3. Furthermore, the demonstrator changes the temperature continuously by turning the lower left knob. At the same time, the flow speed of the water can be adjusted by turning the upper right knob. Noteworthy is that the temperature remains stable even as the rate of flow changes.
4. The dark blue screen behind the HeatFlow device is a thermal camera. As the indicator moves from blue to orange/red, you can see how quickly the water in our device is being heated.
